Michael Walker has been practicing law for more than twenty years. His entire legal career has been spent litigating personal injury claims. For the past fifteen years, his practice has focused exclusively on representing injured persons. Michael has a broad range of litigation experience within the personal injury field handling many types of claims including: car crashes, wrongful death, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, defective products, medical malpractice, Jones Act, and excessive force and civil rights claims. Michael was one of two lead counsel who successfully represented several hundred individuals displaced by a chemical spill in the Westmoreland neighborhood of Huntington, West Virginia in 2004. Michael is licensed in both West Virginia and Kentucky. He is a former officer of the Cabell County Bar Association.
